Greenhaven OU is the authorized regional partner and importer of Sempergreen B.V. systems in Estonia and the Nordic-Baltic area. Our commercial scope includes:

- Maxgreenwall mobile plug-and-play biophilic furniture units.
- Green infrastructure solutions for light rail tramways, transit medians, and roadside detention.
- Biosolar rooftop integrations combining photovoltaic generation and vegetative cooling.
3. Indicative Cost Estimations & Project Quotes
The Green Haven Studio digital calculator on our website provides indicative financial and environmental impact estimations for preliminary planning.
Online calculations do not constitute a legally binding contractual offer. Formal pricing is finalized only upon technical site evaluation, structural load validation, and bilateral execution of a detailed supply or installation contract.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All proprietary texts, design layouts, graphical marks, photographs, CAD details, and software assets published on greenhaven.ee are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws owned by Greenhaven OU and Sempergreen B.V.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any contractual relationships arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms that cannot be settled amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Harju County Court in Tallinn, Estonia.
